kkfb may at any time request additional information for OTP verification, email confirmation or identity proof. These steps are necessary for the security of the platform.
3. Age Verification and Identity
The minimum age to participate on the kkfb platform is 21 years. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the service. kkfb may request proof of age at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at kkfb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and this applies to each method.
Deposited funds will only be credited to the account you own. Depositing using a third party's account or card is prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Before processing a withdrawal request, kkfb will confirm that identity verification and bonus wagering requirements have been met. If verification is not complete, the withdrawal request may be held.

5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
kkfb offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning bets totalling ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed.
Bonus terms: Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly.
5.2 VIP Cashback
The kkfb VIP programme has five levels. Cashback is given on weekly net losses at each level: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.7%, Platinum up to 1.0% and Diamond up to 1.2%. For example, a Gold level member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.
5.3 Promotion Terms
Accepting any promotion or offer will be subject to its specific terms. kkfb reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion. Promotional offers apply once per account, per household or per IP address.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 Placing Bets
Once a bet is placed on the kkfb platform it is considered final. If a technical error or incorrect odds are displayed, kkfb reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet. Any winnings arising from a technical error will not be considered valid.
For sports betting, results are generally determined based on the official result announced after the match ends. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet may be refunded.
6.2 Gaming Rules
When participating in slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette or any other game, the individual rules of each game apply. If a disconnection or software error occurs during a game, kkfb will make a decision in accordance with the established rules.

9.2 By the Member
If you wish to close your account yourself, you may request closure through customer support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.
10. Limitation of Liability
kkfb is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages or internet connection problems. kkfb also accepts limited liability for errors in third-party software or payment methods.
kkfb is fully exempt from liability for financial losses incurred through gaming or betting. Each member participates on the platform knowingly and at their own risk. kkfb will not be held responsible if the service is disrupted by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government directives or force majeure.
